Invitation to “Boon Sun Tan” Alms-Giving Ceremony
Chulalongkorn University community members and Buddhists are invited to participate in “Boon Sun Tan” (Meritorious Giving), an alms-giving ceremony held at the Thai House, Chulalongkorn University, on the last Friday of every month.
Join us for an alms-giving to 9 Buddhist monks from Wat Saket, followed by the pouring of water for blessings.
The next ceremony will be held on Friday, Aug 29, 2025, at 7:30 AM, at the Thai House, Chulalongkorn University.
Promote Thai Identity
We also encourage everyone to wear traditional Thai attire every Friday to promote and preserve Thailand’s unique cultural identity.
